Tour Details:
MATACANES is among the top 10 water canyons in the world! Embark on a 12 km journey, with 7 km traversing the river. Experience two rappels (90 and 60 feet), beautiful caves, underground rivers, numerous waterfalls (ranging from 3 to 40 feet), natural slides, and many more surprises. For all these reasons and more, it’s considered a magnificent natural water park!
The adventure begins in the village of Potrero Redondo and lasts between 8 and 10 hours.

- Must be 15 or older and accompanied by an adult
- Good physical condition
- No fear of water
- No recent surgeries or pains in knees, back, ankles
- Must not have: Heart conditions, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, other respiratory or cardiac conditions, or any other medical condition
- Maximum weight: 110 kg (men) and 80 kg (women)
